it was the last SFH I acquired,( or the only SFH I acquired last 4/5 years), country setting on 1.3 acre of ground, 1400 sq ft farm house with a 28x50 steel barn.
- price paid $3,500
- renovation cost $10,800.
- house rented for $775/month
- Barn was originally planned to rent out for $100/month, but then I decided I can use to it to house all my 4 zero radius riding mowers in the winter..lol
