Day 232, in the event of this catastrophe fire loss....
we are 25th week into construction, finally this rebuild project coming to its final stage, carpets are delivered, cabinets are set, bath rooms are done, 4 more weeks, we will be DONE!!!!!
the winter weather had slow us down, we lost about 3 weeks due to bad conditions, but again, we took advantage of lower labor rates during winter month, in many cases, 50% off on labor costs..
so far, we only disbursed 110k, with another 70k, we should be able to finish this project. while the settlement with the insurance company was 476k. my original estimate was 248k to rebuild, we are 68k under that budget.
