starting this week, we will start cleaning out all the 4 and 6 inch sewage lines, they are just pack full of grease from our lovely asian style cooking............lol

we finished up renovations on 56 units this week, and took in deposits for #62, but I foreseeing new move ins will be slowing down as winter approaches.

We bought autumn woods apt late March, escaped most of the dreadful winter.
