Passed out notices to all the tenants that have a late fee or still have back rent, only one still had back rent owed which was Matt Ross $69.17. #257 Jonathan and Ramona Norvell finally got here from Michigan, they gave me the money order for the remaining balance they owed which was $150.00. they are all paid up and moving in today, Meagan C #201, moved in today she is having her baby tomorrow morning at 6AM yea I’m excited, she loved the apartment and is moving most of it today. updated the move in move out sheet and sent that to you. Timothy James came in the Office today and said that he will be here on Thursday to pay rent, I said that was fine, #213 Bernadette Daniels called and Kevin spent the whole day in her apartment trying to fix the A/C unit, it cannot be fixed they have to get a whole new unit, so Kevin took her over another portable A/C unit. She asked if they could move her to a different apartment, I’m not sure if that would help, but a thought.
