right now we have less than 20 of the old inherited tenants...

to me,
Russell Matheny #189 came in today and set up a payment plan and signed it stating that he will be caught up by 8/15/14, Ahleia called and she come in and paid the $350 to hold an apartment for her, so the first 2 bedroom that comes available will be hers, Let Jared go this morning paid him what we owed him he will be back on Monday to get the rest of the hours and pay that he is owed, saw #254 Willie Allen moving out today, did not get a chance to talk with him and see what was going on but they just signed a new lease renewal for another year ending on 4/1/15, went over rent roll with Jian and we closed the books for July rent roll, busy day I think that is all for today
