Our major renovation phase is now completed, 5 months, 43 units renovated, 22 entrances and hallways, landscaping on 22 buildings.
The renovation help boost occupancy rate to its all time high, we at 97% base on 204 rentable units, and for August we collected 102% of total scheduled rent, unpaid balance less than $800.
but it will be hard to duplicate the same result next month, I expect we be at 93% next month.
