Finally after 2 months of long waiting, we got the permits to finish putting up new signs by main apartment entrances, we had a problem where these signs sitting right at the street right-away, so any proposed changes to original permits require zoning approval.
we will be wrapping up most of the outdoor landscaping in next 2 weeks, and will concentrate on interior renovations again.
currently we at 87 totally renovated units, goal is to have 100 by July 31.
