Through our intensive due diligence, TZLC Management believe that the general economy is improving slowly but steadily. The hotel bookings are strong, especially in the traditionally strong markets. The target property is situated in such market.
If we acquired this hotel, we would set up a new business entity to hold this property. It will be independent to TZLC Investment Group or Autumn Woods Apartment LLC. TZLC Management will manage it as general partner. All investors are passive partner. TZLC Managment will charge 20% of cash flow and capital gain when realized.
Investment is at $24,000 per share. We recommend 4 to 10 shares per investor. No fractional shares. Commitment of less than 4 shares will be entertained, but at lower priority if over subscribed.
