拜坛贴：伞险及佛州买房

班长和各位大佬好，谢谢开这个新坛，已经有好多营养贴了。：）

我Allstate的保险经纪告知，伞险以后只保4个出租房，我必须决定留哪4个。

想在其他公司买伞险，由于自住房不包括，根本不让买。

我现在的对策：
1。加大每个房子自己的liability, 但有的只能加到50万。
2。尽量把equity拿出来，在佛罗里达现金买个房，作为homestead, 以后万一有什么事还可以保住。
3。把房子放在一个公司名下，走商业险。但涉及到房子已有贷款的问题，商业险会更贵。

请各位支招/指教。

俺的保险agent说伞险可以cover7个，但她想按unit算,要俺买商业险，俺argue说应该按#of policy,后来她也就不说了。

there are pros and cons.

1. a package policy will guarantee acceptance of all properties.
2. but it also mean if any claim, will result an increase for all properties.

一保险经纪帮找到USLI，AMBest 评级不错，可以单独提供伞险，比Allstate稍贵，但保的房子要多。

伞险cover 16 houses for $2M coverage after $300K deductible (meaning all the properties have to have $300k own coverage). The premium is about $700. Is it reasonable?
