租客今天给张支票，个人觉得不能收除了现金或本票。因为此人有过支票跳票的历史。

这样子如果上庭她会不会说给了房东钱（支票）房东却不收来翻供啊？

额如果今天收了这张支票礼拜五肯定不能立案了，这家支票银行又远核实不到。

咦，忽然想到，如果额今天收了立马存到额银行礼拜五跳掉的话也一样可以立案吧？

1. you can call the bank to verify funds, they can't tell you what balance of the account but they can tell you yes or no on the funds availibility.

2. if the check bounce, and tentant can't make good of it within 30 days( Indiana law ), you may able take the check down to prosecutor office for bad check writing, from there it is criminal..
