Termite treatment: 两个公司说法不一

planning to buy a house. The seller has a pest control company who did the work 4 weeks ago. Then I hired another company who did the inspection, finding termite activities. The first company sent a formal report about the chemical they used (Dominon). 第一个公司是１个月前做的， 现在还是发现有白蚁活动的痕迹．

把两个公司的报告互相传达了一下．第二个公司说他们只用 Termidor. 认为第一个公司的埋放地点和用的药可疑．
第一个公司说自己做的没有问题．这个药要４－６个星期才会发生效果． 第一个公司还有２年的Warranty.

请问各位有经验人士：
１． Termite 一般treat 一次管几年？
２． 那个公司的说法可信？

Termidor 是比较厉害的。缘着地基走一圈，据说可以管17年左右。我们的有10年的WARRANTY，每年要交175，我们准备只交一年。费用大概1300/1400.我们讲价到700，几个地主 20个房子，在德州。
第一个公司的说法也没错就是了，是要4-6星期才会全部离开，或者在窝里死掉。有WANRRANTY就没事了。

我们这里价格是 ６００－７００块一个房子，包２年．

刚刚买了本据说是 Pest control 大牛的书． 准备学习，然后教诲俺的handyman. 看样子还可以节省好多钱． １０个房子就是3,000-4000 一年， １００个就是３，４万， １０００个．．．．

This is a test. I hired a licensed contractor for Termidor service, $900 for the first year and a fee for annual follow up service. He will dig a trench from outside around the house, and also some holes from inside. Another contractor offered with 7 year warranty.
