as country club try to be a drug free community, we been suspecting some drug activities going around so we call in the policy meth task team....

the police did a 2 day search, went thru about half dozen units and no active labs were found, so we were given a clean bill of health, but they did discover materials related to meth cooking in the dumpster.

I am evicting 2 units may be involved.

All kinds of things can happen. Another thing, Richmond is at the intersection of interstate hwy 70 and state hwy 27, with all kinds of traffic

Drugs are everywhere. 2nd ave apt was the center of meth labs... Cops raided it a few months before we took over.
