最近在这边想买点房子，但是不是很熟悉，有人对这一块熟悉吗？现在好像基本找不到什么好的投资了。

好果子都被人摘了吃了。如果不是local的话，找好deal可能有难度。不过和其他地方比起来，佛州deal还是比较多的。

谢谢老大。已经在florida了，不然也不会想到来买房子。但是呆多久不知道，所以想以投资房的思路买，以后好走好卖。到了新地方，两眼一抹黑，也不认识谁，所以才上来问问有没有了解这里的。我自己也在做功课。

Open the city map, mark the major employers and the convenent locations which should be near the major highways, and find the school information. You will find out the city's good investment spots. Closely monitor those areas , once you find a house which can give you good cash flow, you will make offer. what agent tells you can be considered as reference.
