of course when it rain it pours, overnight we got a boiler that is only 12 years old, the heat exchanger burst..
but luckily we have one!!! and it just got arrive on Tuesday!!! This boiler was in plan to replace a 30 year old cast iron boiler that is being leaking..

<--- scratch and dented, listing price 27k, 850,000 BTU 95% efficient.
