AW update: Phase 1 of sewage project..

This week we plan to start clean out all the 4 and 6 inch sewage lines from each building to the street, they just pack full of greases from our lovely Asian style cookings............lol

We finished renovation on 56 units so far, and took in deposits for #62, but I foreseeing we will be slowing down a bit as fewer new move ins because winter approaches.

We bought autumn woods apt late March, escaped most of the dreadful winter.
