In other 4 days, CCC will be officially 1 year old, 15% increase in occupancy rate doesn't seem much, but it took much of our hardworks and sweats, we rotated near 80% of inherited tenants from previous management company, from here I expect we will see occupancy rate in the 60-65% range by 1st quarter 2015.
