I am interested in a house, but it has about $25k plus interest child support lien. I looked internet about its priority, but still not so sure...

Is a child support lien superior to a mortgage lien in Auction sale? Can it be wiped out? From common sense , it shouldn't..

Child support lien in a foreclosure, attached to house or follow obligor?

第一次看到还有child support放房子上的 以前拒过一个租客，因为听pm说child support prior to rent payment, 会不会也高于mortgage?
