Under MA realty trust.she said that way needed to file 2 separate 1041forms(one for NH another for MA).but NH has credit towards to MA,這是好還是壞啊?要交雙份稅麼?會計說她還未做過,細節要到時再說。(尋思要不要換個會計,干慣小買賣大的就不知道了)
2.還是關於開個PM llc問題,覺得是時候開了,因為既使除了Depreciation ,Taxable income 還是要白白交好多,這樣子還不如開個管理公司自己發工資又名正言順,至少以后社安金也多,對吧?
開管理公司是不是要把all the rents deposit to PM ll account and then write seperate checks to trusts?
What about housing authority vouchers? Should deposit to PM account also and then transfer to landlors'? But that way housing' s 1099s shall be under PM' EIN number here,and they are not PM LLc's income though. I am confused here or I understand in wrong way?
