新地主请教要不要换橱柜

/原来自住的房子要出租，看房的人都说橱柜和冰箱不好。冰箱好办，可这橱柜换一下是大工程，台面是花岗岩的。
请教只换橱柜多少钱，值得换么？
快到9月了，挺担心越拖越不好租。
我在houston,katy这边。

如果哪位前辈换过，请告知大概价格和靠谱的厂家。谢谢了～～～

3 options.

1. paint it, cheap and it means cheap looking too.
2. resurface it, HD/Lowes/Menards, you can just replace the cabinet doors and resurface the side, looks good but still old cabinet inside.
3. replace it, cost varies from $100/linear foot to $500/linear foot.

cabinet itself doesn't look bad, ask them about resurface the doors, you can get by low as $25 a door and they don't look bad.

I was pretty sure you can buy doors low as $25 at homedepot or lowes or menards....

if you tried painting yourselves, not sure if repainting will be better... I had another house which I hired the local custom cabinet guy to re-stain kitchen cabinets for $850. This was in year 2012, when they were not so busy. Perhaps this is another option? Not sure Staining is more expensive or painting is.
