从邻居屋里过来很多蟑螂怎么办

这个房子空置了一年，出租前我们打扫的干干净净，从来没看见蟑螂，结果租客住进去不到一周就说发现蟑螂了。估计是邻居那边爬过来的，房子离得很近，邻居好几口人挤在两居室，可想而知很脏。
有人碰到过这种情况吗？我们这边就算再怎么杀，那边很脏还是绝不了。
