请教：收到Township的违规通知

我的一家房客是作修房顶的，每月基本按时交房租，家里也很干净，已经住两年多了，我不太去。去年有一次隔壁邻居抱怨不能在住宅作生意，建筑车辆停在街道上，有时夜里搬运建筑材料，我给他寄了挂号信让他将车停在车道上，不要晚上太晚搬运东西影响邻居。今天受到市里的违规通知，说房客在住宅经营生意要立即停止否则要发传票，请教有经验的地主给我支招，我该作什么？难道那些自己作handyman 都得租办公室和场地放construction truck, 不能停在住宅上？

That neighbor's complaint has the merits. Within city or township, your tenant just can't use the residence to hold construction materials on a constant base for commercial purpose. In the community i live, we can't ride motorcycle or mopad. And we are not allowed to put RV or boat on our own yards.
